Orders/Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping, items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and normally take approximately 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided.
LILLIE HAIR BOUTIQUE isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. LILLIE HAIR BOUTIQUE is not responsible for packages that USPS state have been delivered.
If items have not been received, please contact your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 5:30 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
Refunds / Returns / Exchanges
Returns / Refunds: All items must be returned to LILLIE HAIR BOUTIQUE within 8 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed in the bundle with tags. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a processing fee of $10.00, which will be taking away from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
